Tony Brunt has been valuing residential property for more than 40 years and first helped a homeowner buy his freehold in 1980 before setting up in business in 1984.
Since that time we have helped thousands of homeowners in leasehold cases and also represented them at the Birmingham based First tier Tribunal when necessary - over 400 hundred hearings and still going!
Tony has probably been to Tribunal more than any other local surveyor in the West Midlands.
For many years Tony Brunt was a regular guest on local BBC radio WM (the Ed Doolan Show) providing advice and answering questions live on air concerning leasehold property and has (by invitation) given talks on leaseholds to other surveyors, estate agents and financial advisers.

People are recommended to us by relatives, friends and neighbours of our clients, but don't take our word for it read what a client wrote recently:
Dear Mr Brunt,
I am writing to this letter to you, to say a big thankyou for dealing with the freehold of …….
I cannot express how much pressure that I felt when that 1st letter arrived from Mr …. asking for that enormous amount of money, he was so convincing and caused so much worry, without your guidance and very good advice, I truly believe he would have carried on to fight his cause.
It has been an absolute pleasure and I can't thank you enough not only for my freehold, but showing Mr …. not to try and intimidate anyone again hopefully,
