Anthony Brunt has been valuing residential property for more than 40 years and first helped a homeowner buy his freehold in Small Heath which happened to comprise a shop with flat above on a 99 year lease. Oddly enough for leasehold reform purposes this building was a house even though it was clearly a shop with a flat above!
Since setting up in business in 1984 we have helped thousands of homeowners in leasehold cases and also represented them at the Birmingham based First tier Tribunal when necessary - over 400 hundred hearings and still going!
Anthony has probably been to Tribunal more than any other local surveyor in the West Midlands.
For many years Anthony was a regular guest on local BBC radio WM (the Ed Doolan Show) providing advice and answering questions live on air concerning leasehold property and has (by invitation) given talks on leaseholds to other surveyors both in Birmingham and London.
